Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or using Vorisy in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Vorisy. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Scooti Mobility SRL ("Vorisy", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Romania, trading as "Vorisy."

2. What Vorisy Is

Vorisy is an AI-powered business manager. You describe the kind of business you want, and our AI helps design, build, and, if you choose, autonomously operate an online store or service business on your behalf -- including generating website content, connecting suppliers, handling customer interactions, and managing day-to-day tasks. Vorisy is a tool to help you run a business; it is not a guarantee of business success, revenue, or profit.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use Vorisy. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Let us know right away if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

5. Free Trial and Subscription Plans

New accounts get a 5-day free trial, limited to one business and a capped number of daily messages to the AI. After the trial, continued use requires a paid Pro subscription at the price shown at checkout (currently EUR 14/month), which includes a higher daily message limit and support for up to two businesses. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; you will keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We may change plan limits or pricing going forward, and will do our best to notify you of material changes.

6. Payments and Payouts

If your business takes payments from customers, those payments are processed through Stripe. To receive payouts of money your business earns, you must connect a valid bank account through Stripe from your Account settings.

If your business receives orders and payments before you have connected a bank account, Vorisy will hold those funds on your behalf. Once you connect your bank account, payouts begin going forward from that point; funds earned before you connected your account are not automatically paid out retroactively and remain subject to our standard payout process at our discretion. We encourage you to connect your bank account as early as possible to avoid any delay in receiving what you have earned.

Vorisy deducts a commission from each sale before payout, at the rate shown in your dashboard. Payouts are also subject to Stripe's own verification and compliance requirements, which are outside our control.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or reuse Vorisy's underlying software, AI system, website themes, templates, or generated designs outside of the Vorisy platform; use Vorisy to build or run an illegal business or one that violates applicable law; attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent Vorisy's usage limits, security, or billing systems; use Vorisy to harass, defraud, or mislead your customers; or share your account credentials or resell access to Vorisy itself. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, depending on severity.

8. The AI Can Make Mistakes

This is important, so we are saying it plainly: Vorisy's AI is a tool, not a guarantee. It can misunderstand instructions, make factual errors, generate inaccurate content, or make business decisions that turn out to be wrong. Vorisy does not guarantee any outcome, result, sale, or level of performance for your business. You are responsible for reviewing what the AI does on your behalf -- including store content, pricing, customer replies, and any autonomous actions -- and for catching and correcting mistakes. Do not rely on the AI's output without your own judgment, especially for anything with legal, financial, or safety implications.

9. Third-Party Services

Vorisy integrates with third-party services including Stripe, fal.ai, Anthropic, CJdropshipping, and similar suppliers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10. Support

If you open a support ticket through the Vorisy website, we will respond within 72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Responding within that window means we will get back to you with an update, an answer, or next steps -- it does not mean every issue will be fully resolved within that time.

11. Intellectual Property

Vorisy, including its software, AI system, brand, website themes, and templates, is owned by Scooti Mobility SRL and protected by intellectual property law. You keep ownership of your own business content, such as your product descriptions and brand name, but you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content as needed to operate the service.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vorisy is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and we do not guarantee any business results. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scooti Mobility SRL and Vorisy are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or business losses arising from your use of Vorisy -- including losses caused by AI mistakes, third-party service outages, or issues with connected suppliers or payment processors. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Scooti Mobility SRL harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Vorisy, your business, or your violation of these Terms, including claims brought by your own customers.

15. Termination

You can stop using Vorisy and close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if required by law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination -- including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and the payout rules in Section 6 -- continue to apply after your account is closed.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will do our best to flag material changes. Continuing to use Vorisy after an update means you accept the new Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Romania, unless local consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
