Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Scooti Mobility SRL ("Vorisy", "we", "us", "our"), the company operating the Vorisy platform, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our services.

1. Who We Are

Vorisy is operated by Scooti Mobility SRL, a company registered in Romania. Throughout this policy, "Vorisy", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Scooti Mobility SRL.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).

Conversations: everything you say to the Vorisy AI, and everything it says back, including any business details you share.

Business and store data: information about the businesses you create through Vorisy, including products, orders, customer contact details needed for fulfillment, and revenue figures.

Payment information: we do not store your card or bank details. Payments and payouts are handled by Stripe; Vorisy only receives confirmation that a payment or payout occurred.

Usage data: technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and general usage patterns, used for security and to operate the service.

3. How We Use Your Conversations

By default, your conversations with the Vorisy AI are stored on our servers and may be used to help us understand what is working, fix errors, and improve our AI models. Because this default setting is on, our support team can view your conversations, tied to your name and email, if you open a support ticket, so we can help you faster.

You can turn this off at any time from Settings → Advanced → Privacy, by switching off "Allow my conversations to be used to improve Vorisy." Once off, your conversations become private -- even our own team can only see that you have opted out, not the content. Your businesses and account activity remain visible to us so we can still provide account support.

Separately, there is a second, off-by-default setting: "Help improve the Vorisy AI." If you turn this on, anonymized versions of your conversations, with your identity stripped out, may be used to analyze mistakes and improve how the AI responds. This is entirely optional.

Your name and email address are stored on our servers to run your account. We do not sell them, rent them, or share them with advertisers.

4. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us run Vorisy -- including Stripe (payments and payouts), Anthropic (the AI model powering the chat), fal.ai (AI-generated video), CJdropshipping and similar fulfillment partners for orders you choose to fulfill through them, and our hosting and infrastructure providers -- each receiving only what they need to perform their function. We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, to prevent fraud, or in connection with a merger or acquisition of Vorisy, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your login and personal information and take your storefronts offline. We keep order and payment transaction records for longer where required for accounting, tax, or legal purposes, even after account deletion.

6. Your Rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion (subject to our legal retention obligations), object to or restrict certain processing, request a portable copy of your data, and withdraw consent for optional data uses at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below, or use the in-app Settings and Delete Account tools where available.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted password storage and secure (HTTPS) connections across the platform. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do not use your information for anything beyond what is described in this policy.

8. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers, including our AI providers, may process data outside the country where you live, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on those providers' own data protection safeguards and standard contractual protections.

9. Children

Vorisy is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know via the app or by email. We will post the updated version here with a new last-updated date.

11. Contact Us

Questions about this Privacy Policy should be sent by opening a support ticket through the Vorisy website. We aim to respond to all requests, including privacy-related ones, within 72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
